I called on a Friday to place an order to be delivered to my mother. I was told that they couldn't make a delivery out to her location on FM 1511 that same day, and I should place my order online. As soon as we ended the call, I placed an online order that same Friday. Yet, I received an email on Sunday notifying me that my order had been cancelled. I didn't get a heads up in advance, I didn't get a courtesy phone call -- only a form email stating my ordered had been cancelled. I wrote back expressing my disappointment and was told the location was too far out of their delivery area. First, if they didn't deliver to FM 1511, I should've been told that when I called on Friday. Second, their online ordering system should notify you if your order is out of area. And third, Centerville is a rural area. Yes, my mother lives 18 miles from town, as do many others. I've never had a local florist refuse to deliver to her before. Now I've wasted three days. I had to locate a new florist. And my mother still hasn't gotten the bouquet I was trying to send to her to cheer her up. A frustrating experience that I will not repeat.

I was in need of an immediate delivery due to an unexpected death. Rockin'M delivered! The green plants were a nice size and very healthy. The cut flowers were arranged wonderfully and were beautiful. Not only did Melanie deliver the flowers in an extremely timely manner, she offered to pick up and deliver the food if the restaurant couldn't accommodate a delivery. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. I highly recommend Rockin'M for all of your floral needs.
