Dwane was great! My family and I were on a fishing trip in Toledo Bend during the Thanksgiving holidays in Shelbyville, Tx. Went to get groceries 30 minutes away and my truck wouldn’t start. Dwane came out and got a diagnoses on my truck and got it hauled to the dealership. Great service and a great guy!

This is one of those times that you wish you could give more than 5 stars. This is a very great company, friendly, humane and very professional. I got stuck in the middle of no where, the first 3 wrecker companies that I called wanted me to pay some ridiculous amount upfront before they even come to the site. But when I called this company, first they showed empathy, they asked where I was and told me they will be there in 30 minutes. When they did show up around 30minute’s time, they showed up with every equipment for any kind of situation. Two gentlemen full of experience and compassion. They put heads together and agreed on what to do and they set to work. When they finished and told me my bills, I was so happy. May God bless them both. I recommend this company to everyone needing tow service.

We called at approximately 12 AM on June 2nd, when my boyfriend’s truck broke down. Needed a tow from Center to Logansport. He gave us an estimate, and we said we would weigh our options (meaning call the only other wrecker service in Center) and get back to him. The other towing service couldn’t accommodate us. We called no more than 15-20 minutes later, and while he answered, he didn’t speak directly to us and I’m sure he didn’t realize we were on the phone. We CLEARLY heard him tell someone, we “weighed our options for too long”.
We continued calling, from my boyfriend’s number and from my number, and didn’t get through. This was the number advertised on their website and google page. The voicemail listed two more numbers to call, and we called those multiple times too, with no success. After about 30 minutes of calling, both of our calls were going straight to voicemail, to 2 out of 3 numbers we were given by them to call. I’m not sure if we were blocked, phones were disconnected, etc., but it definitely seemed as though we were being ignored.
Reading reviews, I see the owners have mentioned a “24-7 answering machine” and their websites advertises a “24-7 dispatch number”, all of which we called. While their lack of availability and dependability is certainly frustrating, the reason I felt the need to write this lengthy review was due to the comments heard over the phone. You cannot possibly claim to be a 24/7 towing service when you are not only unreachable 24/7, but seemingly refusing to answer a call back while we took MAYBE 20 minutes to see what another place was charging. I do not recommend anyone use this towing service outside of hours convenient for them. I look forward to hearing from the owners.
