“Hubby and I each had an 80 minutes massage and 50 minute facial. When we arrived, we were a few minutes late. The ladies at the front were nice but not overly welcoming. I assume they were trying to expedite the sign in process so we would receive our full service. We were escorted to the locker rooms to change- separate areas for men and women. The rooms are extremely nice! Clean, spacious, modern decor. There is an attendant in each available to assist as needed. The co-ed lounge, which is where we waited to be picked up by our massage therapists, was minimally decorated but extremely comfortable. Each chair had a headrest and ottoman. Blankets were provided along with water, tea, and Kind Bars. The natural lighting was incredibly relaxing. Nicole gave my husband a hot stone massage. He said she was amazing! She customized the pressure as requested. He fell asleep in no time. Can't remember my person's name but she was outstanding. Very thorough. Even stretched my neck and massaged each toe individually! It's the little things. lol Sally did my facial which included brightening and firming treatments. She was so joyful and shared lots of tips to keep my skin firm and radiant. Sally checked in often to see how the products were feeling on my skin. She even made her self available in the future to answer any questions regarding my skin. Needless to say, neither of us were ready for our time to end. Forgot to mention the robes- so cozy! As a matter of fact, we kept them on during lunch and wore them back to our rooms. What a wonderful experience! We will be back!“
