The first time I met Dave was at Frisco Home and Garden Show. He promptly contacted me to set up a time for a quote. I knew that night that he was my guy. I just felt comfortable with his knowledge, approach, and business. It was honestly quite easy decision. He was always available to take my calls texts, emails. His crews were professional, courteous and excellent workmanship. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks Dave and Crew!!!
Dave really needs help with follow up. We took time out of our busy schedules to meet with him at our home and go over with him what we want to do. Seemed promising. Several weeks went by and we did not hear from him. We reached back out and he apologized and said he would get us a quote. A few days later he said he wanted to come back out as he had questions. We set up an appointment for a call instead. At the scheduled appointment time there unfortunately was no call from Dave. Several hours later I watched out to him and he had again forgotten about us! Dave was very patient with us and took his time to explain everything that he was going to do and came out to our home multiple times to help give my wife a vision of how it would look. Dave gave us the patio that we needed. Great job!
