Brady was fantastic to work with! He responded quickly, diagnosed my plumbing issue right away, and had everything resolved promptly and professionally. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure the problem was completely taken care of before leaving. He even took care of an unrelated issue I’d been having with a sink, just as a kindness! Definitely will be using CTX again!
Outstanding!!! I called at 10am and was on the books for a plumber to be at my house around 2pm, same day. Brady showed up and went right to work! I had 4 things to discuss to consider for repair. Brady discussed each one with me, the plan for a solution and the cost for each thing for me to consider what I wanted to do. He was so thorough and explained it all so well. He then tackled my 2 main issues like they were just part of his job. The smell was horrible from the back up and he just worked hard and stayed on task.
