After the FIRST SESSION with Gail I noticed a distinct decrease in my discomfort. With her help over the last several months I've stopped taking a nerve blocker, and mostly stopped taking any pain medication (which is a HUGE improvement from 2 extra strength Tylenol 3x per day for 2 months).
