I take my two dogs here regularly but on two different occasions had to call for help with my outdoor cat. She was in labor and they walked me through what to watch out for over the phone; the second time, mom cat disappeared and the kittens were starving. Again they walked me through what to do, gave me a free syringe nipple and sent me an Amazon link to buy more. My dogs are happy and comfortable when we go for our routine visits, but their free assistance over the phone with my cat was beyond exceptional for customer service!

After almost three years of using this practice I am considering a change. It is extremely hard to get in when your pet is sick. Office staff (one lady in particular) does not value long tenured customers, audibly sighing when she is frustrated with a customer.

Dr. Kramr is the best! She is such a wonderful provider and genuinely cares so much for her patients. We have felt so taken care of since switching to this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for awesome veterinary care. Dr. Kramr has gone above and beyond to care for our dog and we've had great experiences with the rest of the staff as well.

I have been searching for the vet that felt right for me. I’ve been to 2 different ones for the past 7 years and not fully happy with the Doctors. My visit to Whitestone with Dr Kramr was amazing. It was night and day difference from the past place. I felt her care and love for what she does. She explained things to me, and listened. I finally feel like i found the right place for my babies. So thankful to have found Whitestone Animal Hospital!

Recently, my family and I had come to the reality that it was time to say goodbye to Ruby, our beloved fur baby of almost 18 years. I could not have chosen a better facility with such caring and compassionate doctors and staff. Dr. Grigsby was amaziing! In such a time of sadness, she showed my husband and I extraordinary empathy and concern. She helped to make this process so much easier. Then, a week later, we received the sweetest card, signed by Dr. Grigsby and FIVE OTHERS, along with Ruby's paw prints. While this brought so much emotion, it meant the world to us. And finally, we cannot thank all of you enough for the years of care you provided for our precious doggie.

I can’t say enough good things about this animal hospital and the team. Finding a team who is truly knowledgeable and compassionate about pet rats is not easy, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found them.
Dr Walden and Kaia are professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They take the time to explain options clearly, answer questions honestly, and never make me feel rushed or dismissed. You can tell they truly care about both the animals and the owners. Even the front desk staff don’t just greet people—they warmly welcome and acknowledge your beloved pets too, which means more than they probably realize.
What means the most to me is their dedication to improving my rats’ quality of life while also keeping care affordable. That balance makes a huge difference and shows how much heart they put into their work.
If you have any kind of pet, and want a vet who is skilled, thoughtful, and compassionate, I highly recommend Whitestone animal hospital. I’m deeply grateful for everything they’ve done for my little ones.

We have been taking our furbabies here for years and I can't say enough about the care Dr. Grigsby gives to our furbabies. She never tries to upsell us on care just to make the bill higher. She always asks us what we want and gives us options for treatments explaining to us the rationale behind each option. We have never felt pressured or rushed and we truly feel like she cares not only for our babies but for us as well.
For those of you who have had to help your pet cross the rainbow bridge, understand how important it is to have a veterinarian that takes time with you and explains everything and sets expectations and above all is there to support you through each stage of the process. Dr. Grigsby and her staff did this and more.
I can say we were disappointed when they stopped their boarding services as it was so convenient and our pups loved going there. But I can say they have transformed that space into a rehab area including aquatic therapy (which can be used for joint issues/rehab/weight loss/etc)! Pretty cool!
If you are looking for a place that cares about your fur family like they are your own look no further!!!

We cannot thank the Whitestone Animal Hospital in Cedar Park enough for their compassion and support they gave us. Dr Moore explained Raider’s illness in depth, she gave us time to say our goodbyes and then she explained the process to us. Once the process was done, we were left in private to grieve by his side. 🖤🩶🖤 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ Thank you again Dr Moore for everything.

I followed my vet to her new place of employment here at Whitestone Animal Hospital and I am so thankful and impressed! I’ve only been once before for a regular appointment with my cats, but had to be worked in yesterday for a serious issue with one of them.
The entire staff is amazing! From the front desk girls who worked so diligently to get my cat seen, to the techs who handled him with such love and care, to Dr. Kramr who called me multiple times with updates and information, and to whoever texted multiple times to keep me updated with his condition and care, I was blown away by everyone’s compassion, efficiency, thoroughness, and commitment to my precious guy and me. THANK YOU!!!!!!
This all occurred while my regular vet (who is equally amazing) was out of town, and in a way I’m glad it did. It gave me a chance to see how the practice truly operates and I’m beyond impressed and beyond grateful for every single person there. You all are truly angels walking the earth! Thank you so much again and I’m so grateful that my fur babies will be in your care!
