The owner is so kind and professional and he let me know the diagnostic fee was $50. His system for creating tickets was very user friendly! I had access to an online profile showing me everything about my ticket and I received updates via text and email. TSI Computer Repair Services is amazing. Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable. I trusted him with my computer and he delivered!
I have a windows-based custom built Tower PC. I had a corrupted bios and computer system apparently, but he fixed it very fast! My computer is running smoothly, and fast like normal again!
He handled my computer with care and ? I would definitely recommend this place! And Mike is a gentleman too, he helped carry my computer to my car for me, which helped me a lot!
