My mobility has improved tremendously, and for the longest time I’ve had no issues, pain, or limitations. I went from being scared of having to do surgery to being confident about my body’s ability to handle heavy workouts At 52 and a couple of messed up lumbar discs, I can’t complain! Dr. Tuggle is phenomenal. I’m an extremely active person and do everything from lifting to running. Dr. T always consults with me when I get injured or need help avoiding injury and personalizes my treatment. I’ve been to chiropractor types who want you in every week where as Dr. Tuggle insists on helping fix you in a scheduled manner and not in a sleezy indefinite manner. If you need someone who’s not just looking to make money off of you and cares about your performance and recovery, this is the place to go.
