Highly recommend Ashley. She will help you get out of pain and will work your muscles well. Great personality and willing to listen to what you need - both what you say verbally and what your body tells her as she's massaging.

Ashley is the only massage therapist I’ve had where the benefits last long after the massage is done. She has deep knowledge of anatomy and an innate ability to find where I need help most. She has taught me stretches and exercises I can do for self care and follows up often. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
