We called Spot Be Gone for an air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and couldn't be happier with the level of service we got from their team. They responded quickly and were able to come out the very next morning after we reached out. Rashaad and Xavier were both so amazing, their level of consideration for our home and belongings and their attention to detail they put into servicing our home went beyond what I was expecting. They asked questions to make sure all of our concerns were addressed and to make sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. They were polite, professional and super efficient - we will 100% be using them again in the future.
If I could give more than a 5-star rating I would. This past Sunday I experienced flooding in my apartment and on Monday morning, bright and early 2 contractors from SPOT BE GONE were at my door to survey the damage on the carpet. They quickly removed the padding and placed dehumidifiers and industrial carpet dryers to quickly dry the carpeting, sheetrock and baseboards that were affected. They were courteous, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. In less than 2 days the job was complete and area was totally clean ā very thorough and you would not know any damage had occurred. Iām very grateful for their service. I also want to mention that Roger, the owner, was in contact throughout the job which is greatly appreciated! I would absolutely recommend Xavier and CJ very highly for any of the services that SPOT BE GONE offers!!
