Call them up to make a reservation and i am told to drop by anytime. This was surprising to me as i have been here and its always busy. So i confirm again and start out immediately. 20 mins later i am at the store and they say appointments only. Not available until later in evening. Called the number again to confirm i did call the right number. Havent had such an experience before at any store. Not sure they value customers time.Update: Changing from 1 star to 4- I am quite confident on what I heard over call especially since I confirmed it again. Last weekend I went for a haircut. Anne gave a hair cut which is shorter than I expected. (I never had my hair that short) I felt very comfortable. I got lot of compliments for my new haircut. Anne knows what she's doing. Thank you, Anne!Service: Haircut

We recently started visiting this hair salon for our entire family. We are very happy with the service. Hair cuts are great, prices reasonable, lesser wait times and option to book appointments online. We will definitely make this our regular hair salon going forward.
