My doctor and I thought I was going to need a second neck surgery, but we decided to give PT one last shot. One year later and I have minimal pain and am off all pain meds, so long as I keep up with my exercises. The PTs are wonderful. They customize treatment around your goals. I highly recommend them.
Results is the place to go for physical therapy. The reception personnel are very cooperative. The training staff are very knowledgeable about the treatments. I went there for two issues: shoulder pain and balancing problem. I worked with three different trainers and they all did an outstanding job in curing my shoulder pain and improving my balancing problem.
I worked with Tina at Results PT after a calf tear from running. She was attentive from day one, listened carefully to my symptoms, identified the exact issue, and designed a clear program to get me back to normal. Each session had a purpose. She progressed the plan at the right pace, corrected my form, and gave me simple home exercises that actually helped. Communication was excellent, and I always knew what we were targeting and why.
