I have used Pegasus Pools for the past year taking care of my rental. They have done a great job being there on time and communicating the condition of the pool through the weekly reports and pictures. Definitely a great pool service company. Now, the real story of how I came to use them. I built my pool back in 2015 with a different pool company. Just so happened that Shane Pike was the Construction Leader in the pool company we used and his brother Jake Pike was our foreman. Truth be told, it is a great risk to build a pool, there are many shady companies that set up shop and then close overnight, also they all use similar sub contractors and sometimes the same. The point here is that everything that could go wrong on my job did, but if it were not for Shane and Jake, I would have had a 100,000 dollar hole in the ground watering the deer. They stood behind every clause in my contract, even when my job took 6 extra weeks to dig, they replaced my grass and sprinkler systems and they ended up substituting higher end solutions on my pool at the agreed price because the sales/design guy over committed the company. At one point Shane had his team rip out a wall because it was not installed correctly. In other words the amount of integrity Shane Pike has was uncommon in today’s world so he will have my business as long as I have a pool. Thanks Shane and I wish Pegasus was around when I built mine.
