I love this location! Everyone working there is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve gotten great recommendations on the right products and tan packages for me, and they are always great about letting me know when I’ve earned rewards. The facility is always very clean and I can tell the employees really care about their clients.

I’ve never been big on tanning, but I walked by this store after doing some local shopping and this employee, Sarah, was walking in and struck up a conversation with me. I fear I made her a little late for her shift. But she was so genuine and before I knew it we were talking about why I’m scared of the beds and UV exposure and she walked me through all the different options- I was convinced spray tanning was the perfect compromise. She walked me inside set me up with the best plan for me and I was walking out within 30 min. I've been going to PBT Cedar Park for many years and have never had a bad visit. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable on products I ask about and are great at recommending a product I might need for a better tan or skin care. Tanning is my little spa time and it's an even better treat when they have the appreciation themes.
