We signed the papers in September, 2023, for a generator from Generator Supercenter. Installation took place in February, 2024. From signing the papers to the final inspection and training on the system, things ran smoothly. The office staff of Jennifer Dunn and Jacqueline Saliba were always polite and knowledgeable every time we called to check on our status. Our installers were Ray and Nick who told us we could be without power for four to six hours. They got the installation done in three. We are so pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Generator Supercenter!

I got an estimate from this store after getting connected to them through Costco, and on our own to SALT. This store had a MUCH more reasonable offer for the same generator. I'm very pleased overall! My generator setup and coaching day was very cool. The guy was very knowledgeable and there was so much to learn, but I feel like we're in great hands if we get lost! Jennifer kept us updated on the permitting from the city and on when our install days would be. I didn't have to lift a finger scheduling all of those people to come out to my house. Don’t let my “John Doe” moniker fool you. I am a real customer (Pete) that just had a 26kw Generac Home Generator installed by Generator Supercenter. I am a firm believer in leaving reviews for service providers, both good and bad, and in this case I must say that so far I am very pleased in my dealings with this company.Ralph was able to recommend the proper size generator that would handle all my circuit loads and pool pumps in the event of a power failure.
