I had a really great past appointment with a nurse who worked at this location, but a terrible appointment with the doctor who saw me today, where he spent the entire appointment making light of what I was saying, talking over me, trying to intimidate me, and insulting me. I know the joke is that doctors have terrible bedside manner, but it's not funny, and it'd be great not to walk out of the office near tears.

I worked with Nella, who was a wonderful NP. Very happy with my experience with her. Front desk is kind and friendly. My only negative experience so far in the years of coming here was my lab tech today. She was not friendly, very hard to hear, did not explain things very well, and rushed down the hallway so fast you didn’t even know if you were supposed to follow lol. I would avoid working with her again if I had a choice. The rest of the staff has been great.

Always had a great experience. I had some reservations about taking certain meds and the staff never tried to shame me into taking them as some offices would. They have always made me feel very comfortable.

I worked with Nella, who was a wonderful NP. Very happy with my experience with her. Front desk is kind and friendly. My only negative experience so far in the years of coming here was my lab tech today. She was not friendly, very hard to hear, did not explain things very well, and rushed down the hallway so fast you didn’t even know if you were supposed to follow lol. I would avoid working with her again if I had a choice. The rest of the staff has been great.

I saw Nella Stout FNP-C who was extremely patient and considerate. She asked questions to better understand my situation and listened carefully to what I had to say. She's the kind of person you hope to find in the medical field.Additionally, everyone else who worked here was really nice and helpful. Clearly a good work culture full of people who like their jobs.Thank you for everything you all do.

I have been going there for years. I love Dr. Ewert. She discovered a rare tumor I had when everyone including a cardiologist did not pick up. 1 in 200,000 people have what I had. Thankfully we caught it in time. I really love the staff as well.

Came to this place for thyroid management, as they advertised on their website they do BioTe. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HORMONE BALANCING DO NOT COME HERE!!!Katie Taylor, NP, saw me twice, once in office, and once via telehealth. I’m a hypothyroid patient, and I had just come to the office from a workout and my HR was raised a bit. Katie immediately attributed this to my thyroid medication, as she is only trained in the outdated way to look at thyroid (TSH only). When i saw her via telehealth, she had me take my pulse on my Apple Watch, and to my dismay my pulse was too high for her, therefore she blamed the meds again. Her solution was to put me on a whacky protocol of 30 mg and 60 mg every other day of my NP Thyroid. The result?? I slowly became sluggish, depressed, gained weight, and my TSH went all the way up to almost 3.0 again, T3 was hovering around 1.5.As i said, steer clear of this office for hormone balancing. They offer it likely for the $$$ but don’t know what they’re doing. If they’re going to mistreat my thyroid, which controls all hormones, they certainly can’t handle estrogen and testosterone supplementation patients.I took my business to River Hills Family Medicine, they are phenomenal!!!! I’m back in balance now.
