I waited for 4 years to have my ruptured silicone implants removed. Big mistake! My breasts had capsular contracture leading to large amounts of scar tissue, swelling, and pain.
Dr. Hix-Hernandez gave me my life back! The relief of getting all of those toxins removed has made me feel lighter and much healthier.
Dr. Hix-Hernandez is a wonderful, talented surgeon whose attention to detail and personable manner is a blessing. The entire staff is phenomenal, as well!
I looked all over for a good surgeon to help me with my breast reduction. All surgeons only looked at the scale and didn't care about anything else, but Dr Hix-Hernandez and her team looked at the body as a whole. They took so many measurements and determined (like I did) that I DEFINITELY needed to have a reduction. The team is always so friendly and just so welcoming. One of her nurses, Dusky, is just so helpful and sweet. I had an L cup bra and Dr Hix changed my life with this surgery. Dr. Staci Hix-Hernandez changed my life for the better forever! June of 2021 she performed a breast reduction lift. Removing 5pds of breast tissue. I then proceeded to lose 75 pds over the next year. And in July 2023 she performed my panniculectomy. In the days after surgery I texted Dr Hix early one morning.. and she wrote back within 15 minutes. And She's not afraid of the harder cases.. of which I was one.. my weight was not in check when we did the breast procedure. But she knew it would be life changing for me and said Yes.
