Tara, Wild Cactus and Waves, is seriously the best. Before I started going to her, I had so many terrible experiences with hairstylists that I never thought I'd find someone I could actually trust with my hair!! Now, at this point, I would trust Tara with literally anything she tells me to do. 😂
She is so incredibly talented at what she does, but what really sets her apart is how kind and honest she is. Chloe did my haircut. She is incredible. I would come to her any day. She specializes in dry cuts which I love the most. I have a thick hair. I can feel and know what what’s happening when the hair is dry. One hundred percent recommend dry hair cut from Chloe!
