Service was very professional and thorough. Cost was expected and reasonable. Technicians were very knowledgeable. We trust Ben Franklin Plumbing Co for any and all plumbing related repairs.
I received a letter from the water company that my meter reading was really high. I checked the usual suspects and determined it wasn't anything inside the house. Called Ben Franklin, and they sent someone out the next day, and they found and fixed the issue - which involved digging out the shut off and pressure valve (which had failed) and rebuilding the section of pipe/fittings. Outstanding job, including cutting back the tree roots that could contribute to further problems. David and Scott did a wonderful job with my annual inspection and water heater flush. I told them of a concern I had with the handle in my spare bathroom shower amd they were able to diagnose what needed to be done. They had the part and were able to get it replaced in no time. David and Scott were very professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing and did a great job!
