I’m not one to leave reviews, but I have to share my experience at BirthCo with Dr. Skyler. It started in my lower back and hips. The first visit was tough. I did t realize how tight my back and gluts were. I went weekly for 6 weeks. I noticed a moderate difference after my first appt. I continued to do the exercises we went over at my appointments. By week 6, my back was not only not giving me issues anymore, I felt like I had more energy and could do things I hadn’t been able to do in years. My 57 year old body is feeling great! Dr. Skyler Jennings at BirthCo helped me a ton! I was experiencing so much pain and limping every time I got out of bed in the third trimester, but she fixed the problem - as well as a few others. Had a great experience with the cupping and adjustments, and her wellness analysis was pretty accurate. I will continue to go back postpartum!
