I had such a wonderful experience at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in Cedar Park. From the moment I walked in, the entire team Desiree, Madeline, Anjie, Alex, Jordan, and Erica made me feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed and so relaxing, which really adds to the overall experience.
Katie, the nurse who performed my microneedling treatment, was amazing. She checked in with me throughout the entire procedure to make sure I was comfortable, and she has such a warm, personable energy. We were laughing the whole time, which made the experience so much more enjoyable and put me completely at ease.
I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

From the time I walked in until I left, the experience was professional, welcoming and friendly. I used a groupon and the work she did was amazing. I was never “upsold” on anything. And the results are incredible. I had botox and filler placed. I will be coming back. Thank you for the great experience.

It saddened me to give a 2 star review however after the feedback I received from the manager I don’t feel as though I should hold any loyalty with this business anymore. After more than four years as a client, I ultimately canceled my membership due to an extremely unprofessional interaction with a manager named Desiree. During a phone call regarding a Botox promotion (In which I missed the blast special by a couple days) , she told me I had only five minutes to decide if I wanted the offer and then hung up on me. The tone was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily aggressive, and there was no acknowledgment or apology afterward. Even her own staff apologized for her behavior and were shocked with her lack of apology to the matter.
What made the situation worse was the follow-up communication. Even after I clearly requested that the manager stop contacting me, I continued receiving emails that felt confrontational rather than helpful. Including cutting ties with me as a client. Last ditch attempt to try and hurt me? So immature and un professional.
It’s unfortunate because several of the practitioners there are truly excellent and have always been professional, accommodating, and respectful. (Jordan and Erica specifically) However, management sets the tone for the client experience, and this interaction ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere. (My choice)
I’m sharing this so others understand my experience. If you value respectful communication and professional customer service, I hope your experience is handled differently.

I've been visiting this location for the past 7 years. Few guys take advantage of the treatments but it's the only way to hold back the clock. The staff has been completely delightful and Rachel has been freindly work ideas on treatment and cost planning. The technicians are well trained so there is nothing to fear as you meet me techs. The location is outstanding and scheduling is usually required but they work with you and will coordinate any earlier schedule times by phone. I was prompted by them to leave a review while I rarely review health care visits, they are a great clinic for treatments to look your best.

Injector Alex did poorly - after injections were done it caused significant discomfort. I contacted the office multiple times with concerns and never received a call back, not even from the manager Jordan.
Zero accountability and no aftercare after a medical cosmetic procedure. Do not trust this place with your face.

What can’t I say about BHRC? From the front desk staff to the clinicians, everyone that works there is wonderfully knowledgeable, helpful and warmly inviting. They make you feel like you’re not only a client but a friend. And the work they do on whatever part of your body (mostly the face for me) is amazing!! I get so many compliments about my skin or how much younger than my age I look, I’m like, I know a place… ❤️
