I saw a Dr that I had never seen before. My Dr was unavailable. I still received the care from the practice that I count on I most likely will have to see the new Doctor for follow up.

My mom works for ARC and recommended that I come here. I remember all of my siblings coming here for doctor appointments, and I have always heard great things about ARC. I am so grateful that y’all were able to get me in so quickly and treat me with such care. Tiera M. Franklin was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to all of my concerns. She made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. My spouse also thought she was wonderful, and we both hope to see her again in the future. Thank you so much for everything you do. Physician is easy to talk to and listens to your issues. I went do to menopause to try to get help with hot flashes. I was a new patient since my prior gynecologist had not been successful with my symptoms in the past 15yrs. Dr. Glass prescribed a patch that has stopped about 95% of my flashes. It has also helped with sleep and hormonal mood swings.
