Fast, thorough, and friendly! I had an issue with my AC not giving cold air. I called Advanced Air Conditioning and they sent a tech out the same day. The tech, Justin, was able to quickly identify the issue with my new thermostat. This issue was resolved very quickly by adjusting the wiring. Then Justin wanted to confirm everything was working. He ran a few tests inside / outside the house replacing any parts, but explained the reasoning 'why' before making any changes. Overall, I'm happy with choosing Advanced Air Conditioning for my issue, and glad the team responded quickly!
