Tech at Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating was great. He arrived on time, and completed the summer a/c Ck. He put on the shoe covers each time he entered. He changed both filters but left dirty one in hvac closet. Unfortunately when he changed upstairs unit filter only accessible by ladder he must hv left dirty one up there, did not bring box down so I hv no info to get next one.
Bruce with awesome! Very professional and knowledgable about the heating issue I was having. He diagnosed quickly and gave an honest time expectation for the repairs. I'm happy to say I will be returning with any future repair needs I have.
The team at Advanced AC and Heating was extremely responsive and professional. We were in a bind and they helped us out - finishing the work on a holiday. The pricing was fair and the estimates on their service times was very accurate. I was very pleased with their work and results.
