Barney returned my call quickly, provided a quote the next day, did the work promptly, and within the agreed upon quote. He was responsive, reliable, and followed up promptly so I would highly recommend him. I had him install stone edging around 3 flower beds, remove old plants/bushes/tree/mulch, install lining, planted several plants/flowers, evaluated the irrigation system, and fixed a broken pipe/sprinkler head.
