First time at this Ulta. idk how to feel about it. I was very confused when a girl in pjs asked if I was doing alright and if I needed any help. Literally wearing pjs. idk if I was being pranked or if dress code had changed. It seemed like they were stocking since they had carts along the back. I couldn’t even get into the blow dryer section because all the carts stuck in that isle. Certain brands were incredibly low in stock. And all the testers were kinda gross. Dirty, broken, and not in display properly. Bought 2 items and left.
Amazing customer service and professional knowledge of their products! They paid attention to my needs and listened to me. It's my new go-to Ulta. I was very impressed. The staff is also very nice. Thank you!
