1/9/21: New Year so new review. I've been coming here for over 10 yrs. I have friends and family that come here. You don't keep customers if you have bad service. This is family ran business so I do have the pleasure of knowing them and why I believe that alot of these negative reviews are trash. I've been here when it has gotten a little heated and to be honest, the customer is usually in the wrong. Right now during covid, they are waiting by appointments only. I really appreciate the love and kindness from the staff especially from the guy from behind the counter lol his Name is Mr. Z and I love and appreciate his help while going through the battle of my life he stepped right in and made sure I got taken care of so I could feel good about myself going back into the hospital to fight for my life! I want to say thank you to him and the whole staff and establishment

Very good ambience & energy. They are polite and each host /tech there wants you to be pleased and to feel good while you are there. They have great complimentary drinks on offer. I loved the way my nails and feet look after the visit and I came away feeling relaxed and happy. I highly recommend Ruby for pedicure. Reasonable prices too!
