I’ve personally seen them go above and beyond, even fixing garments on the spot for someone in need—and in some cases, not charging at all. That kind of service and heart is rare these days.
Their setup is also very customer-friendly, with at least two private dressing rooms that make fittings comfortable and convenient.

I was referred to Texas Tailors by two friends to assist with alterations on a formal garment. I called the front desk and the gentleman was very kind, professional, and helpful. He suggested I bring the garment to the shop. I honestly did not expect them to be able to work on what I believed to be a difficult alteration need but I brought the garment anyways. They were so genuinely pleasant and helpful. Customers in the shop spoke to the great quality and service and assured me that I would be returning. My garment was ready in less than a week and looks phenomenal.
