Outstanding job by the Manager (Dontae) at the Cedar Hill location...I received an express wash when I paid for the platinum wash instead so I brought it to the attention of the manager Dontae and he quickly rectified the situation and even took the time out to enlighten me on how the system work and what could've caused the error...will definitely continue being a repeat customer for the professionalism, attentiveness and service that was displayed by Dontae.

Mr. Rios, I came to your Cedar Hill location to cancel my membership, but after speaking with your manager Dhanta , I decided to keep it. Not only was he kind and professional, but he also took the time to educate me on the importance of waxing as it relates to paint maintenance. This young man should be commended for his professionalism and the pride he obviously take in positively representing your organization.
