Patrick came out and looked at my roof, my insurance company said there would be a discount of $500-$1000 per year if I got an impact resistant new roof.the standard roof he quoted was class 3 impact resistant new which was $500 discount. We decided to go to class 4 which gave us a $1009 discount. We would recover the difference in four years. The class 4 also gave us hail damage guarantee up to golf ball size and unlimited wind coverage for 50 years.
