Extremely traumatizing experience. Grew out my brows for about an entire summer, & stopped by to finally trim my brows. I walked in and automatically had an odd vibe. Empty store, young blonde employee was having a huge inappropriate blow out argument on the phone, for everyone to hear. Her mother I assume, did my brows. I repeatedly told her I like thick brows, & I only wanted a trim. By the end of the horror film I had two extremely uneven string thin brows. Honestly feel like she did it on purpose. Never going back again!
