The receptionists and all the staff members are very friendly and professional. My Hygienist is very good at her profession. She is gentle at doing her job event though there will be times when you are getting your teeth clean you really can feel a little pain. Now this could come from the condition of your teeth, I don't know. I never asked that question. I assume that it's just normal to feel some pain sensation. The Dental Assistants make sure they take the proper X-Rays that has been requested by the Hygienist or the requirement of Monarch Dental every 6 mos.or every year. I have only one complaint and that involves seeing the doctor after your cleaning.... read full review
I had a great experience at Monarch Dental. My cleaning was thorough and professional, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I appreciate the excellent care and customer service.
