Dr. Yvonne Safokwakye is truly one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever met. From the moment I walked into her office, she treated me with so much kindness, patience, and respect. She didn’t make me feel like just another patient — she treated me like I was her own mother.
She took her time with me, listened carefully, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Her gentle spirit and genuine concern meant more to me than words can express. In today’s world, it is rare to find a doctor with such a beautiful heart and bedside manner.

Front desk friendly welcome. Suggestion would be that if possible have a small towel to cover face during cleaning to avoid the splashing of water. Little uncomfortable. Everything looks nice and clean. Thank you.

My most recent visit was not what I am accustomed to. My 4:00 cleaning didn’t begin until well after 4:30, as my tech spent around 10 minutes completing administrative duties for another patient and conversing with the staff. while I sat reclined in the dentist chair. My tech ran through the cleaning regimen quickly (not exactly the thorough cleaning I’m accustomed to and then sent in a person to floss, add fluoride, and polish my teeth. This has never happened during any of my previous visits. The “tech” was obviously inexperienced, as she wet my entire face and neck while applying the above mentioned treatments. She squirted water up my nose, and I felt globs of product in my mouth. She had to constantly allow me to rinse out the products she attempted to apply to my teeth. I wanted to let my tech know how dissatisfied I was with this experience, but couldn’t speak with her because she scurried away quickly to attend to another client. I am happy you reached out a comment about my most recent experience at Monarch because it was certainly not stellar. I expect and demand better or will being to shop around.
