I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.

We have really enjoyed our massage chair except for the wear of the vinyl. We have used it lightly and feel that the durability of a $3000 chair should endure 5,10,15 or 20 years. We currently have to face it towards the corner. I inquired about replacing at least the front cover, but they do not make the color tan any longer.

Words cannot describe how wonderful my experience was, but heck ... I'm going to try anyway. I went there on my birthday stressed out and walked out feeling blessed. Spencer bestowed upon me the best facial I have ever received. He was completely professional, and I could feel his passion for healing. I swear his hands are instruments of God. Thank you Spencer <3
