Took an old laptop to get repaired. The gentleman who assisted me was polite, knowledgeable, and ethical. He did a quick inspection, asked me a few questions, then told me the probable causes and cost. We determined the laptop was not worth the cost for the repair. I asked if I can leave it to recycle and he said yes and then proceeded with pulling out my hard drive so I can destroy the files. It was quick and friendly service.
Scott + Jay are the best. Jay can diagnose and fix your computer and if you are in the market for a replacement as I was Scott will set you up as he did me. He's not happy until you are satisfied.
You have good references, I would like to know if they do maintenance on gaming PCs, cleaning inside and all that, not to the system, I mean removing the parts and cleaning the dirt.
