My mother and I had facials by Frances. Our skin was glowing at the end. It was our 1st facial. We enjoyed it. She was very nice.
We also had massages by Donna. My body felt so relaxed during and after. The best massage ever.
The building as warm, clean and inviting. We both enjoyed and will be going back. ?
I sent my grandmother and mom there yesterday to receive a facial for her 80th birthday and the esthetician had poor customer service, had a very dry disposition, and made my grandmother feel like she didn’t deserve service because of her age. What a way to start an elder’s birthday! She was horrible. However, I gave 4 stars because the woman who did the massage was AWESOME! She was very personable, gentle with her, and kind. Thank you (I wish I had your name) very much!
I randomly called & asked if there was an opening for a facial. I was warmly told yes & given a few times. I asked questions, being I’ve not had one in awhile & wanted to ensure appt length & having the right service.Walking in; again warmly greeted. By name!!Turns out, Francis was the one to take my appt & also provide services.The whole hour was filled with laughs & I left so uplifted!!Def want this to become apart of my monthly dos!!!
