I had them come do some soffit repairs and exterior painting and they did an awesome job! Very professional, quick and clean left my house just as it was before. I got a free quote Gloria the owner came out in person and looked at what I needed done, walked around, snapped a couple pics, was very polite, and by the end of the day gave me a quote. very fairly priced a lot cheaper then some of the other bids I got. I’m weary of trusting contractors after hearing about all kinds of scams and unfinished work especially after Harvey but their card said they are insured and I confirmed that when I called. Steve Maizumi at Hammer Time Home Renovations has came to our rescue numerous times. He has worked on projects big and small for us. The first project he worked on was removing a sliding door and closing the area off for me. He also opened my living room area and put flooring down. He did such a great job that I called him to build a closed in porch in the front of my house and a porch in the back. He is always professional and honest. Those are two qualities that are hard to find these days. I’ve recommended him to family who needed work done. Steve did a great job! Not only did he come over quickly with last minute notice, but he was able to start the next day and work within the short time frame needed when another set of contractors left us with such horrible work we had to fire them. He not only fixed and finished their work, but was able to add a few other items that were not even on the original list! He was professional, good with communication, did a great job, and I'm very happy with everything! I would highly recommend him and will have him do more work for us in the future!
