Patients do not wait long to be seen, and the location is conveniently located. The clinic provides a patient portal for non urgent matters. The front desk staff, including Maddie and Michaela, are kind, helpful, organized, and professional. Kaylin, who answers the phones, is polite, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Mercado is amazing and very attentive to patient needs. PA Sarah Wiley takes her time with patients, who do not feel rushed. Dr. Rodrigo Crespo is an exceptional physician who takes time to listen and explain things clearly. Dr. Jafaar advocates for his patients on the highest level and is compassionate and thorough. The team works together with professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Patients recommend this office for healthcare needs.
My experience has been great at Medcare Associates. My healthcare is provided by PA Sarah Wiley. I don’t wait long to be seen and it’s conveniently located near my home. Sarah Wiley takes her time with me and I don’t feel rushed during my visit. Medcare also provides a patient portal so you can send non urgent matters to staff. Over all, I recommend this clinic.
