I get services twice a year by Lonestar and they always do a very good job. However this time, the service provided by Keldon R was done above and beyond what I was expecting. This young man showed concern in my issues and put extra emphasis on finding the issues and providing extra help to resolve it. That was never done by any other technician in the 5 years that I have been using this company. Again, the other workers did a good job but, when there's someone who goes above and beyond I will notice. Thank you Keldon, and thank you Lonestar for hiring the right person for the job and hold on to him because there aren't many like him.
I cannot recommend Lonestar Comfort Services enough, especially their technician, Omar.
Omar arrived right on time, diagnosed our AC issue quickly, and took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and how he planned to fix it. No high pressure sales tactics and confusing jargon. He was professional, courteous, and respectful of our home, making sure everything was spotless before he wrapped up.

Omar, Richard and Devin installed a new Trane system today at my home. They were great to deal with and they worked diligently all day in some hot conditions. Rita in the office has been a pleasure to deal with. At this point all good.
