I had my eyes lined in 2003 and still looks great, no touch up needed... When people ask me about it they can't believe it looks so good. The procedure didn't hurt or anything, I did on lunch break and went back to work. I have a cousin she did permanent make up on about same time in 2003 and it still looks amazing.
