Austin is the store manager here and he went way beyond to help me with my sunglasses I had called one of the other locations. It was quoted almost $400. I got my new sunglasses for just under $100. Austin went way beyond his duties to make sure the customer was happy.

Felicity and Austin were amazing! They were able to get me same day glasses, even with my high prescription. The process was quick and easy. I have recommended them to other friends who are in need of glasses or contacts.

Not sure how it’s spelled—that’s my fault—but Aileen was great to me! I was able to get new frames after breaking a 3-year-old pair and had a good conversation. I love good customer service because sometimes some of us just need a good chat while being serviced. Not only that, but she was able to apply some discounts. As a student, that’s a yes for me—especially in this economy! She also recharged my frames under a UV light!
