I want to share a experience to whom it may concern over a situation with an employee that was highly improper.Last week I called and asked when Jen would be back as had tried website to make a appointment but didn’t show her.I called and asked was she going to be in either Thursday,Friday or Saturday and was told no.So asked when to male stylist who didn’t know when or wouldn’t tell me situation. Went next day and talked to son at Walmart and told me she was on vacation and back next week. Why didn’t he just tell me that instead of asking me he was available? Jen has cut my hair and waited until this week to get a great haircut and shampoo. Very unprofessional!!

These are amazing, skilled people and I love coming here. I must point out that I do come here exclusively to have Jen do my hair - I’m a full-time actor and my looks have to be flawless so that I can present my best in every audition. I am confident the other stylists are marvelous as well, but Jen is the one I trust with my livelihood. I will say, if you have the extra time to get the full experience - the shampoo, the massage, the towel on your face - do it. It is relaxing and rejuvenating and after a rough week; it really helps.
