There's a fantastic workout program here that has helped my mom and I out so much these past few months. We started out with the instructor telling us that we had problems with our spine and posture. Soon after, I could see and feel a visible difference in our postures as well as the back pain we both had been experiencing. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend enough!
The workout program they offer is very effective and worth the price! I’ve been in the program for a little over a year now, and my body shape and physical strength have improved so much that I can’t quit it. The people working there are very nice, and their service is great as well. I love everything there.
I've been going to this doctor for years, and I always get my pain resolved. The adjustments usually takes a day or two to really take effect, so I used to doubt the process a lot, but they have saved me a lot of trouble multiple times. My favorite treatment is the acupuncture. The doctor is really knowledgeable and nimble, and has resolved my issues with sinus blockages, stomach pain, cysts, and more. The office is quaint, and contrary to other reviews, I didn't think the doctor was rude. He was very curt and straightforward, and is after all, an older Asian man. Overall a great experience!
