I had hopes the experience would support the 4 star rating but it did not.My sister transferred here following a 3 week hospital stay at Baylor McKinney for an infection followed by a stroke while in the hospital.She was transferred at 9:30 pm at night and that created alot of anxiety on the patient going to a new facility.The equipment was not working, the food was not fresh, and there was no maintenance staff to repair the bathroom light that did not work. WE WERE TOLD repairs weren't being made because this facility was shutting down at the end of May 2022.The call button response time was at minimum 20 minutes and the person answering the calls was rude.I witnessed,...read full review
