I took my Maverick in to have a couple recall issues corrected. I didn't buy the vehicle at Sam Pack's and I've never had any repair work done there. Mike Martinez was the service representative I worked with and I have to say things could not have been handled any better. Mr Martinez was professional and extremely helpful. The work was completed on my truck in a couple of hours and I was done. If my experience was indicative of this dealership's service I couldn't recommend them more!
