I have bought a lot of cars but this dealership was the best cary buying experience ever. From the moment I arrived I was treated like an all start. My salesman Raul listened very carefully to everything I said, and they even had the director of new car sales Ruben come out he was kind enough to stop what he was doing and spent time with me to educate me on all the different trim levels available on the Bronco, and what the differences were. Sales consultants were fantastic. The truck was ready when I arrived with an after market install, fresh with plates and a toll tag. The vehicle walk through was thorough and informative. Would buy from Sam Pack again.
I had a great experience. Iliana Davila was a pleasure to work with. I looked at trucks for about 2 weeks to find exactly the truck i wanted before making a decision. looked at over 50 trucks within 300 miles from me. By Friday 10/31 purchase day I had it narrowed down to 2 trucks at 2 different dealerships. Pricing was very close and really could have went with either dealership ( the other one was closer by not having to drive through downtown Dallas which at 4:00 pm is horrible and worth paying more for something to avoid) But I chose Sam Pack simple because She and Mike Young were very good to work with. I would recommend them.
