Love it here. I started my yoga journey at a studio in Denton and moved to Carrollton 3 years ago. Rescue yoga was conveniently located across the street from me and then once they moved locations I was able to finally attend again recently. It is a very calming and inviting atmosphere. I prefer the slower classes for relaxation and yoga and this studio has made a difference!

I have been attending adaptive yoga (chair class) here. We have a good time, and while we move Jenny tells us about why we are doing what we are doing and also makes us laugh. This class is not stuffy and serious. My body is glad I'm attending. This studio has a variety of classes including yoga and now also Pilates. I enjoy going here.

Enter off Josey Ln, drive thru middle of French Quarter buildings. 2nd building on left, back side / east side of building. Enter the patio door on the north side into the waiting room. This IS the new address! I just hope Google Maps will finish connecting their normal site info to this address.
