I had some problems with the installation and the response was exceptional. They sent a repair person, a manager called, and another manager came to my house to assess the situation. I think they went above and beyond to provide quality customer service after the sale. BTW, we are very happy with our new windows. They are expensive but very good quality.
I enjoyed the service by Renewal by anderson. The windows are on par with what I needed and they were timely in finishing the work. Pepe did a great job on details for drywall and texturing as the result of reshaping two of my windows. Very pleased with results.
Great job so far! Tamir our sales rep is fantastic - thoroughly knowledgeable about the products and on top of every detail. Same for the measuring team today, Mark & Darreick - very thorough , very detailed. Nobody likes surprises on installation day, and they covered things I never would have thought of. Two thumbs up.
