Easy to make an appointment online. Convenient Carrollton location. Computers were having problems they said, so I had to wait. Literally 2.5 hours later, they have me pull up for my appt. My thought is if you know you're running really far behind, why don't you call/email/text (whatever form of communication) client & let them know? Tell them we'll let you know when we're 30 mins out from your appt. so that the sick patient doesn't have to be inconvenienced either. Guy greeter on staff was pretty nice. Brain swab wasn't too bad. Came for the 15minute antibody test and they gave me the antigen so I had to go in line again. The girls that do the test don't really look at the paperwork. They be vicious with that nose swab too.That said it was pretty quick. 15 exact to get the results.

Drive Thru testing, not super fast but fast enough. Got my results about 20min after taking my test. Hope all the people that left negative reviews of this place realize they probably asked for the wrong test.
