Medley's customer support is tops! During the heat of the summer they were out the same day to check ... sadly they did not have the part (but fortunately for me my home has multiple units), but they got it in quick and then all was cool! Pricing seemed reasonable and Medley's tech team knew what they were doing ... in and out ... Chris and (so sorry) his teammate were on time and efficient! Thank you so much.
Truly GRATEFUL for the Medley team!!! Happy to sing their praises and highly recommend them. We had a gas leak that was complicated by how our pipes had been done originally. Apparently we were one of the rare unlucky few where the leak requires chasing. I was working from home so I heard the team discussing what to try and heard them debate the best next step and they also were very proactive in communicating our options, their recommendations and pricing at each stage. If they would have wanted to overcharge us, it would have been very easy to because our gas was shut off and who is going to cut corners when dealing with a gas leak. Medley Heating & Air Conditioning has proven once again why they are the absolute best. After our A/C went out during a triple-digit Carrollton heatwave, another company came out five separate times and completely failed to fix the issue. Desperate for a solution, we called Medley. They graciously worked us into their schedule the exact same day. Our technician, Nestor Saucedo, arrived on Friday evening, immediately diagnosed the issue, and had our system running perfectly within an hour. Five years after our first experience with them, we still cannot recommend this outstanding team enough!
